Really happy with my life now.

What more could a girl ask for.

I love my flying career. I mean yes, at times dealing with humans.. torturous, on top of that I'm still trying to get used to jetlags and being away from loved ones can get depressing once in awhile.

But life is so good. I get to explore destinations I've only dreamt of in the past, revisit places I love with new friends or really nice colleagues, I'm not bound to the desk or having to wake up at five in the morning just to dread my weekdays away.

I'm paid to sleep, eat, work, eat, sleep, watch drama, sleep, eat, sleep, eat and work sometimes. Hahaha OMG I love it. I'll have to admit I'm becoming blonder as each day passes, there's no brain stimulation but I can run errands at like three in the afternoon on a Tuesday, choose to get my shit together or not, or just soak in my own me-time just cause I can. Just for the time being at least. The nua life chose me.

Life is really great. I'm an average girl, no fame, no shame. I've found my friends and soul mates for this lifetime. Nights out are amazing. Albeit our conversations are about the rates of hotel banquets, even prices of housing tiles LOL, indoor or outdoor shoot, soon enough it'll be about which brand of diapers got buy one get one free. Hahaha eh bimbos pampers cannot reuse or flip hor, yknow who you all are. Ps: I'm looking forward to being bridesmaid and brother for two upcoming weddings omg Yesahhh x

Blessed life is when my umbilical cord uncut cause my mother still sends and pick me from work. I cherish our time spent together and I believe to a certain extent we've gotten even closer. I don't know how considering we've been sleeping together for twenty four years. Hahaha. Till today, she still gives me angbao before every flight, you all have not. Hehe. This is my complete family and life has been good to me in all ways possible.

I'm so loved that even though physically Bry's in Brisbane, emotionally he supports my every decision and all thanks to him I can't remember when's the last time I emo read thoughtcatalog k hahahaha eh that's the real deal man. How lucky to have someone waiting up cause he misses you and wants to Skype you even when time difference can be drastic occasionally (and other times is just cause I'm too caught up with my kdramas and lost track of time). Heh.

What more could a girl ask for.

Promise ring only la HAHAHA. Let him buy somemore time before he goes down on one knee. Or both. Lol. 

So apparently I spilt hot tea on pax but I apologised to the point whereby he felt sooo bad HAHAHA. Guess what, he bought me a little something from KShop to apologize instead.

Of course I rejected the gift but like HOW SWEET IS THAT?! Pax BOUGHT a gift for ME cause I SPILT tea ON HIM. What?! "Stop feeling so bad, it's really over something small. Nah, I give you this cause now I feel bad." LOL I cannot.

2017

I know I haven't posted in a long while cause I've been busy working. I was thinking perhaps I should start blogging pictures of where I'm rostered to.

I don't even know if anyone still reads my blog. I guess if you are, alternatively you can always head down to your ig and see #sarahfaithyongtravels if you're interested.

I've gotten pretty decent flights so far: Tokyo, Manila, Seoul (twice), Adelaide, Hong Kong, Maldives, Istanbul and Milan.

Next up:
Munich, Jakarta, Shanghai, Hong Kong again, Manila again, Canberra, Wellington, Perth, Nagoya, Kolkata.

I've been learning to deal with messed up bio-clock, extreme weathers, homesickness, different set of crew, demanding passengers so on and so forth.

1st January 2017 I was in Istanbul and there were terror attacks. My batchmates and a few crew thought I was paranoid when I had an uneasy feeling about counting down in Istanbul. Well what can I say other than, "Wahlao. Seeeee I knew it! But nooooo, where the trust? I'm not worried for nothing k." Thank god.

To those who checked on me, thank you very much for all your love. It's heartwarming to know how much I matter to friends whom I haven't contacted much lately. I'm thankful, ever blessed and indeed grateful.

But all in all, I'm just always thankful for safe flights and safe travels. 2016 had been wonderful. I hope that 2017 will only get better. I just want to come home safely to loved ones. (And if it's not too much to ask, awesome set of crew always pretty please. So far so amazing, thank you roster god).
