Training

Since Sec 4, I've been constantly working part time in the "service industry". I thought I knew better than most. I was wrong.

How do you know if you have been trained well in the service industry?

When you are moulded and cloned as with the rest of the thousands who underwent the same protocol. When you know you didn't do anything wrong, but you still apologized anyways. When you know it's useless to go against the system, such futility. When you know the earlier you accept it, the easier your life will be. When you know training is tough life, but the world outside with everyone ever ready to pinpoint your each and every screw-up is worse.

So with this, I guess I can officially say I know how to suck thumb and smile as if everything is my fault. The ones who are paying, are always right. So are your superiors. Just because. Often dealing with colleagues helps you prepare for shit better. You tell yourself, if you can deal with them, you can deal with anyone.

It's true.

Just looking back at facebook reminders from posts "a year ago" and where I'm at now..
