Dinner was $168 and I rate it 9/10. THAT good (or maybe it was due to the fact that I was starving HAHA) and I love the ambience too.
Sangria (Cocktail)
White wine with chopped (or rather diced) fruits - Apple and Strawberries. Loved it. Usually it's served with Red wine instead but I'm a White wine kinda girl, so this is ma thang yo'.
Crayfish Linguini
This was extremely appetizing. I didn't have enough ughhh. *licks lips* I don't know why it's a little blur and there's honestly too much greens going on but but but underneath it all, the chunks of crayfish.. #OhMyTasteBudsAreSoSpoiltRightNow

Ribeye Steak Sandwich
I specifically asked for medium rare. Perfection. The beef, the cheese, the beef, even the bun and oh the beef. Did I mention the beef? I think I did. The beef is so tender oh my ga.. MOVING ON
12" Chili Crab Pizza
This one really no joke. We Chinese call it 'Pāng' means like fragant(?) etc. *sniffs sniffs* chili crab iz really chili crab I swear. Surprisingly good. It wasn't too spicy for me (cause I can't handle spices at all) and, the crust is really thin and crisp. WAH REALLY GOT CRAB MEAT. HAHA
This was all we ordered at first but cause yours truly was still hungry, I HAVE TO HAVE MY ALL DAY BREKKIE.
Free Range Eggs Benedict
It was not too bad, I won't go like 'mehhh' but really nothing to rave about. Wait, the tomatoes! I'm not kidding okay. A tinge of lemon and salt sprinkled on them was so refreshing. I'm actually gonna do that to all my tomatoes from now on when chef Sarah goes to work.
Okay that's all for now. If you happen to try Cafe Melba and if the food sucks, it's prolly the chef's bad day, or yours. Hahaha I'm just kidding.
I mean it wasn't the BEST I've eaten, but good enough for the price and I went there starving with no expectations so yeah.. last night's dinner was really good. Hopefully when I patronize the next time, standard of food will be as good or even better. Worth a try and a blogpost that nobody reads. Yay.
