My Thankful 100th Post

Wow. Time really flies uh?

I started blogging this year on 2nd January, 2014 and now I'm into my 100th post. Amaaazing.

I didn't know I've got that much shit to blog about. Hahaha. But what blows my mind is that people are actually reading about my life, Sarah's life.

Well, I've got no advertorials, no sponsored posts whatsoever hence it's literally about what I've done, where I've been and mainly about me voicing (typing) out my random thoughts.

And you guys read them.

Thank you.

I went through all my previous 99 posts and there's this sentence on repetition: I never intended to be famous, and I never want to be. (Or somewhere along that line HAHA)
But I meant it and I still do mean it.

I'll like to take this time to answer a few questions that are frequently asked:

1." Is Faith your real middle name?"

No. Fortunately or unfortunately it isn't. But soon it'll be, cause I'm thinking of legalising it. It's almost legit already anyways. WTF LOL. People don't go: 'You know Sarah? Yah that Sarah Yong.' They go: 'Eh how you know that Sarah Faith Yong uh?'

Right not, right not?! Because that's exactly how my friends found out I'm their mutual friend. True story.

It started from a random conversation with my girlfriends - Lady Vamps (a clique of 4 during my secondary school days cause our laughters combined can bring the school down. HAHA SEERAIOUSLEE K)

But yeah, we came up with our middle names cause we thought it was coolzxcs like that. But apparently not really uh. You may know some of them namely: Adelind Naomi/Celeste (she couldn't make up her mind) Teng, Jasmine Hannah Tay, Jocelyn Gwen Chua and yours truly.

2. "Why did you start blogging in the first place?"

My problem la you where not happy? OHMYGOD I'M JUST KIDDINGZ HEHE.

This isn't my first blog, it's my third.

The first one was during secondary school days with that tagboard thingy whereby those 吃饱没事做 anonymous haters would spam like cray cray. Or your friends with blogs too will all tag and link. ANYBODY ELSE REMEMBERS THE LEGENDARY TAGBOARD?
Ps: I honestly believe haters are formed due to jealousy. If they aren't exactly that interested in your life - why are they using a moment of their life that they can't get back, on yours?

The second one was during poly days and I'm too ashamed of bringing this up. Let's just say, Sarah hasn't grown up then uh. *Locked up and throws key away*

Which brings me to my point of why I started a third blog:
As I was saying, I started blogging during this year. 2014 is the year which I turn 21 legally and hence I want to be taken seriously. Okay maybe not that seriously but I know what I type should carry a responsibility of an adult, and I think I've been doing a pretty decent job so far. Throws back to an old post whereby I've been told that I'm a role model so yeah I guess that's a good cross reference.

Sweet 16, glamorous 18 have all gone and if you think about it, legally 21 is literally For The Rest Of Your Breathing Life.

10, 20, or even 30 years down the road, I get to show my kids what their mumsie went through and all. So they don't have to be afraid cause they are not alone. Somethings never change even as generations passes. Also, I think it's pretty cool to see pictures of their mumsie at her prime. Heh heh.

Most importantly; when I look back at the end of the day, I want to hold my heart and know that I've led a fun yet fulfilling life.

I don't wanna have what if(s) and die an unhappy old but hot lady. HAHAHA.

3. "Why do you swear so blatantly?"

I'm a girl, so? I feel comfortable around people who swear. People who aren't afraid to speak their minds. People who don't sugar coat things. People who are as real as how loud my 'fuck you' can be. Release your inhibitions.

I'm so over that stage in life where someone swears and you go 'Orh hor, you swear.. I go tell my mummy.' YEAH GROW UP. My mumsie knows I swear anyways. She let it slide sometimes but I know that she knows that I know that she knows that other times it can't be helped. HAHA.

I mean if you've never swore, maybe it's good for you. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's a must to swear. I'm just saying it doesn't make you an angel if you don't swear either. It's okay if you don't swear, just don't judge those who do. What? Healthcare volunteers can't have tattoos? It's just another way of expression.

Society says it's uncouth. Society is also the reason to why you die from pent up stress. It's okay to scold 'fuck' when you're with your closest friends cause you've got a really bad day. Trust me when the moment the word 'fuck' comes out, it's fucking therapeutic.

If your vocabulary is limited, try stringing fuck(s) together with your broken English. It works wonders however way you'd link it. The most versatile word on the planet.

Hahaha but I'm also not telling you to scold little children on the streets uh. Then that one you fucked up already. Lol. Just be open about it. Sometimes it's not as harsh as it sounds, really.

But I do have a secret though.. I know I swear a lot usually but I NEVER SWEAR when I'm angry or emotional. I believe that swearing in an argument only happens when you are lost for words and when you just want to have the last laugh. Ego. That to me just make things worse when both parties are heated and you actually already lost handsdown defeated. So yeah that's my take on vulgarities. It's just a personal thing uh.

I don't know how to end off this post but I guess that's more about me if you'd like to know and oh thank you guys once more for your love and support:

It's not a lot for 10 months but it doesn't have to be. I don't really care who reads, just thank YOU for reading.
Ps: I bet half the numbers come from my mother HAHA she's super supportive.
